Terms of Sales

All sales are final. Portland Facial Clinic will not accept returns or exchanges.

Portland Facial Clinic will ship your order for free for minimum orders of $100.00. Orders under $100.00 will be subject to a $5.00 shipping and handling fee.

The risk of loss and title for the items purchased from Portland Facial Clinic pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Orders will be fulfilled Mon.-Thurs., 8a-5p and Fri 8a-2p Pacific time. Portland Facial Clinic will notify you via email when your items are shipped.

Applicable Law

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Portland Facial Clinic, www.portlandfacialclinic.com or www.drmagilke.com, or to products you purchase through Portland Facial Clinic shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Portland, Oregon, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Portland Facial Clinic intellectual property rights, Portland Facial Clinic may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Oregon, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
